Really enjoyed its really helpful staff.
The location was secluded, just off the ruins, and the Sacred Valley. Also, the hotel was set within walking distance of The National Videogame Museum.

Staff always helpful and genuinely helpful!
Comfy beds and a mini bar, central heating, and an individual safe. The view from the window to garden. Peaceful location - steps away from Canal & Van Buren. Close to the ruins as well as the nature.

Staying in a Luxury Family Tent was a nice experience! The views of the mountains were fine, and the cozy atmosphere. My kids loved exploring the surroundings, and we enjoyed relaxing by the campfire at night.
My kids wished for a more varied breakfast option.

The hotel had a secluded location between the mountains. Because of a problem with the a double room I was upgraded and had reasonably large room with a special touch.
All was perfect.

missingWrote a review on 05 Julmountain viewsunique experienceoverpriced amenities
The Luxury Double Tent promises a unique experience with its canvas roofs, awesome for a close connection with the outdoors. Positioned near lush grounds, it offers fine mountain views and a serene ambiance perfect for relaxation.
The dining experience proved challenging, with slow service and small portions, such as a vegetarian main course consisting of just two grilled sticks for a high price. Insufficient insulation made the tent and dining areas quite chilly in the evenings, prompting the need for extra layers. Overpriced amenities, including a sauna for $50 and bottled water at $3.50, felt unreasonable. Access to key offerings, like a second room key and detailed excursion info, fell short too, leaving a lackluster impression despite the promising concept here.
